The quantified self is self-knowledge through numbers. Self-tracking or lifestream movement is an emerging area of human activity shaped by technological possibilities rather than end-users. This infographic aims to motivate me and improve my running performance by looking at this data. Nike Run app was used to collect data on the numbers of runs, distance, time, and pace while running. The target is not to get systematic improvement but to think about how it can be useful for self-improvement and self-awareness.
